Hello! My name is Branden Anthony Caasi and I am currently a student at San Jose State. The Bay Area, specifically San Jose, has been my home my entire life. Throughout the years, the Bay Area has became known for influencing today’s technological industry; attracting people from all over the world that come from diverse backgrounds and working together to create innovative ideas. I believe meeting and networking with people who each possess their own individual mindsets and views can contribute to maintaining an open mind and improving collaboration skills in the work environment. For this reason, I have chosen to pursue a degree in B.S.B.A Management Information Systems to utilize my strong social skills and passion for technology to make an impact in this growing tech industry. I am currently employed as a coding instructor and curriculum developer for MaKaboom, where I teach students around the South Bay Area from Kindergarten through 5th grade how to code in block coding, Java, Javascript, HTML, Python, and Lego robotics. This job has been a privilege in teaching and shaping the future generation of coding developers and engineers.
