First Timer!
Recently in the past month, I had been curious to learn how to shoot a gun as I never had used one before(except in video games, but that doesn’t count). I never thought I would like to pick up a hobby that involved shooting projectiles. Let me tell you, the experience is amazing. I did not expect such a small hand gun to push me back even a little. Sure these guns have recoil , but I did not anticipate the amount of power it would throw back into me. The whole time I was nervous as I had never engaged in loading up a gun, this gun was a Glock 17. Apparently, since I am left handed, this gun was for right handed people. I was able to use the gun normally, but when it comes to removing the clip and reloading , the functionality of it is different to a left handed person. I enjoy this hobby now as I try to go maybe twice a week as it is an expensive hobby. I do not own a gun personally, however, I use the guns that are offered at the gun range!
It is really fun to shoot targets, I still need to practice my aim!
In relation to coursework or my career goal, shooting guns is something I enjoy doing with friends. To compare, you can say that I enjoy my major and working with my classmates, and I will enjoy working with future colleagues.
