After listening to the webinar on Salesforce CRM, I learned how this platform helps businesses grow by improving partner engagement, streamlining sales processes, and increasing revenue. I learned about tools like Agentforce, which helps compare products and evaluate customer needs, and has quoting features that make it easier to create proposals for customers. One of the most interesting parts was Channel Revenue Management, which automates inventory, pricing, and incentives to help businesses stay organized and maximize profits. I also found it useful to learn how Salesforce handles things like ship and debit claim processing to notify customers about discounts and manage inventory across partners. As an MIS student, I learned how powerful integrated data systems can be in supporting business decisions and customer relationships. It also helped me see how technology is used in real-world B2B2C operations to track inventory, reduce costs, and make more data-driven decisions.
