Building Trust (2018)
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).
Without trust, a tightly-knit organization or relationship is nothing but individuals with their own thoughts and ideas. Trust is what allows us to collaborate with others and improve our own ideas. I think it’s one of the single most important factors when it comes to an organization’s success and that’s why it’s important for MIS majors and all majors at SJSU to learn.
