I am a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in leadership, operations management, and customer service. Currently, I work as an After School Leader at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, where I help facilitate program operations, plan and implement daily schedules, and foster open communication with staff and parents to support student success.
Previously, as a Retail Associate at Smart & Final, I developed strong organizational and inventory management skills, utilizing methods like FIFO to ensure efficiency and quality control. My ability to engage with individuals and provide exceptional service reflects my dedication to excellence.
I am currently Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems at San Jose State University, maintaining a 3.9 GPA and willing to learn how to practically apply concepts studied in courses in a professional setting.
