Effective work requires teaming. There is a difference between team and teaming. It is possible to lead on every level in a team. A safe environment for a team is a place to motivate and set goals, learn from failure, and work across boundaries. As an MIS major, once I get into the workforce I would be working with teams and peers. So learning from this would be beneficial to my career.
