Kura Sushi Team Project
The goal of our project was to analyze Kura Sushi’s competitive positioning and growth strategy through internal and external business frameworks like PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, and Blue Ocean Strategy. We examined their strengths in technology, customer engagement, and brand partnerships, while also identifying areas for improvement such as food quality and brand consistency. Through this project, we learned how innovative business models can differentiate companies in a saturated industry and how data-driven insights and strategic analysis tools can guide decisions for sustainable growth.
