My team represents the top management of the company. After successful domestic <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">operations, our management team decides that it is now time to establish operations in another <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">country and become a multinational enterprise (MNE).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">My team learned to think like managers who have to work through the interrelated issues in <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">taking a company globally and setting up operations in a foreign company that is integrated with their <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\" dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">home operations.
