The course taught me about the three main trust pillars: competency (doing what you say you\u2019ll do), empathy (caring and listening), and authenticity (being real and consistent). I picked up tips on building trust even in remote groups , plus how to rebuild trust if someone messes up, like sincerely apologizing and being concrete about how to fix it. Since my major involves a lot of group work and presentations, I already feel better about building stronger team dynamics. Now I can focus more on being consistent, understanding teammates, and being open when things go wrong instead of pretending everything\u2019s ok.
