How to Build Credibility as a Leader

1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).

Some things I learned are that credibility as a leader comes from consistency and authenticity, meaning aligning words and actions. Also developing a personal brand reflects your leadership, so be intentional about how you show up. Communication is key: be clear, transparent, and listen.

Credibility also means delivering results with integrity, owning mistakes, and relying on influence over authority. Visibility should come from meaningful contributions, not self-promotion. Even small signals like tone and follow-through matter. In the end, credibility is built over time through trust and consistency.
