I was responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service requests and work queues, maintaining security compliance with university IT standards, and delivering excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students. I also collaborated with colleagues on larger IT projects and independently researched and implemented solutions to technical challenges.

I also improved processes by completing an IAIS class, and I managed our client’s mailboxes who were at 80%/90% capacity project to keep usage below 80%.
