Running 2 miles on the treadmill builds discipline and consistency, which directly strengthens my professionalism and time management. It also boosts my confidence and energy, helping me perform better and stay motivated in my career goals. It’s the best way for me to release the stress I have whenever I feel burnt out or thoughtful.
