PwC Career Trek Fall 2024
Job Function:
Participated in the PwC Career Trek, an event organized to connect students with PwC professionals and learn about their recruiting process, company culture, and opportunities for students in consulting and technology.
Examples of Projects:
Engaged with campus recruiters to gain insights into PwC’s hiring process, including resume tips, application strategies, and networking opportunities. I also explored entry-level career paths and resources such as the FAQ site and the Entry Level Careers portal to prepare for future applications.
What You Learned and How It Relates to Your Major:
This experience helped me understand the skills and attributes PwC values in candidates, which align with my MIS major’s focus on problem-solving, data analysis, and project management. It also provided valuable networking opportunities, emphasizing the importance of building professional connections in the consulting industry.
