LL Course 3: Effective Listening

In this LinkedIn Learning, I learned how to be an active and attentive listener. The module also showed me what a distraction can do and how it can affect the delivery of a conversation. This is important because it prepares us for when we go out into the workforce and have to be super good listeners. We have to be able to listen to our bosses and make sure we follow what they’re saying, and we also have to listen to our customers and their feedback.
