In this course, I learned about key principles such as transparency, communication, reliability, and consistency in fostering trust in professional and personal relationships. Also, the course has covered conflict resolution, ethical decision-making, and the role of emotional intelligence in trust-building.
This course has helped me a lot for my major, because it teaches me the fundamental to teamwork, leadership, and organizational success. In business, trust impacts customer relationships, brand reputation and employee engagement.
