Delta Sigma Phi Community Service Chairman
- My job was to facilitate community service events with other Greek life groups. During my term, I was able to organize 2 community service events with over 50 participants at each event.
- I worked closely with the DEI chairman to facilitate a collab event raising awareness for breast cancer. We were able to raise $100 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation by tabling and explaining our mission at a fraternity convention in Dallas.
- I learned that putting yourself out there and being someone willing to talk to anyone is important for growing your network. MIS involves technology but more importantly, you have to be someone who can effectively communicate with others.
