Getting Things Done
I learned how to address issues in a systematic order to tackle problem solving efficiently and effectively. The five-step process includes: capture, clarify, organize, reflect, and engage. This applies to my major because it helps me to keep focused on the issues at hand, which is extremely helpful since MIS is heavily reliant on problem solving both technologically and interpersonally.
