I update this council of people what my chapter is doing in terms of events, etc. I also go back to my chapter and communicate announcements and news from them usually it is events we are required to attend and the status of other chapters.<\/p>\n<p>A project I conducted is a new system of communication for my role. I set up new settings on our member app to account for excuses for attending events and sections to make the events required more clear. I also started a documentation system for council meetings and wrote detailed notes to review with the appropriate person the information needed to told to.<\/p>\n<p>I learned how to communicate in professional environments and interact in group settings where I&#8217;m not comfortable and don&#8217;t know everyone.
