Inderpal Singh is a third-year Management Information Systems student at San Jose State University. He began his career as a first-generation college student pursuing a degree in business at De Anza College. During his first quarter, he secured a role as a sales associate at 24 Hour Fitness, driven by his passion for building authentic connections and helping others achieve their fitness goals. In the field of education he transitioned from a DECA member to Vice President. His commitment to continuous learning and strong team dynamics demonstrated his teamwork, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

A pivotal moment in his growth journey took place during a project at the Adobe Career Academy, a virtual program dedicated to developing essential soft skills. He gained valuable soft skills like emotional intelligence, innovative problem-solving, and empathetic leadership. He also gained experience in researching, analyzing, and crafting persuasive client proposals showcasing Adobe’s solutions for enhancing customer experiences.

Aligning with his academic journey, he is eager to grow his skill set through an internship in 2024. Looking ahead, Inderpal is seeking hands-on, practical experience, and aims to make a significant contribution in the tech industry.
