Associate Technical Account Manager Intern

Job Function: During my TAM Internship at Adobe, my primary role was to analyze and enhance the effectiveness of sales content. I collaborated closely with sales specialists across multiple regions to identify pain points, improve content strategies, and create value-driven case studies. My tasks included conducting in-depth sales content effectiveness analyses, developing a centralized repository for effective pitch materials, and crafting persuasive case studies based on comprehensive customer ROI data.

Project: Enhancing Ultimate Success GTM Strategy

Part 1: Sales Content Effectiveness Analysis:

– Conducted a comprehensive sales content effectiveness analysis and created a centralized repository for storing and accessing effective pitch materials. This repository is utilized by 15 sales specialists across 4 regions, significantly reducing the content creation time by over 50%, allowing sales teams more time to engage with customers.
– Coded a PowerApps form for streamlined content submission to Sharepoint repository, and utilized JSON to enhance visual appearance and user experience, boosting efficiency and usability of sales resources.

Part 2: Value Driven Case Study

– Developed a globally impactful case study on Adobe’s Ultimate Success plan by analyzing 2,449 ROI data points from 374 existing customers, addressing objections about the lack of case studies, ultimately enhancing sales positioning and improving business outcomes worldwide.
– The case study is featured in Adobe’s field readiness platform, a critical resource that equips sales and customer-facing teams with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to effectively engage with customers and drive results.

This internship allowed me to apply key concepts from my Management Information Systems (MIS) major, particularly in data analysis and strategic decision-making. Through projects like the sales content effectiveness analysis, I deepened my understanding of how data can be leveraged to drive business outcomes—a concept I explored in courses like BUS4-110A (Fundamentals of MIS). Additionally, this experience honed my communication and organizational skills, areas where I had initially received feedback to improve, which I addressed successfully through consistent practice and application during my internship.
