I think out of the first 3 LL Courses that I did, this one was the most intriguing. The main topic covered in this LL was effective listening, and basically how to be a good listener. We learned how to listen in a way where we can better focus and comprehend what other’s are trying to say. Also, I learned that there are different ways to listen, such as listening with empathy where you try to build a relationship with the speaker, and try to see where they are coming from.
