Getting Things Done

The major thing I learned in this course was the five steps of getting things done in order which are capturing things, clarifying meaning, organizing where things belong, reflecting and reviewing your tasks, and lastly, engaging the tasks. These steps are vital for MIS because they break down projects into stages to help manage any project by following the basic steps of collecting information, understanding it, organizing it, checking progress, and finishing tasks.
