- I learned that sometimes all I need is to unplug and disconnect from my phone and enjoy time out in nature. It tends to relax me and de-stress me.
- It doesn’t entirely pertain to my current coursework or career goals but it is a reminder to take breaks and go outside and enjoy nature. It is also a good way to stay fit.
