For this project, my partner and I evaluated Adidas\u2019s organizational performance using the GUTAR framework. We focused on key areas such as Top Management, Methods, and Manpower, assigning scores based on Adidas\u2019s leadership effectiveness, operational strategies, and workforce capabilities. Our research showed that Adidas excels in brand leadership and innovation but has opportunities to improve in method efficiency and workforce adaptability. We summarized our findings in a video presentation, which helped us communicate our analysis in a clear and engaging format. Through this project, I developed skills in teamwork, strategic evaluation, and business communication.
