Using <strong data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"346\">organizational behavior (OB) theories<\/strong>, we examined the impact of these issues on employee morale, productivity, and overall company performance. Our analysis included relevant case studies, internal restructuring patterns, and behavioral insights to suggest potential improvements in workforce planning and resource management. We concluded the project with a <strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"691\">class presentation<\/strong> that highlighted both the problems and our recommended solutions, supported by data and OB frameworks.
