Throughout the event: Bouquets and Letters, it was a long process of planning, research, coordination, stress and execution. I could proudly say I took on the role as a project manager. From planning the events time, date, and goal to logistics of supplies, budget, vendors, permits, it was a successful event with an outcome of over 300 attendees. This relates to my major because project management is a field I have always wanted to get into and being able to lead a team and an event(the project) shows be unique skills I wouldn’t learn elsewhere.
