Promote strong customer relations by ensuring that high volume of customers’ needs were met (~15,000) and solving technical issues in an efficient, professional manner. Collaborate with team to set up concourse and troubleshoot point-of-sales technology, resulting in better management and organization for events. - Examples of projects (e.g., list the projects you worked on and what you accomplished)
Troubleshooted kiosk systems and identified various issues in the concessions technology. Garnered meaningful feedback and provided excellent customer service by directly working with fans on the member inclusive menu app. I really value my experience with the internship because it allowed me to enhance my time management and accountability skills as I learned to balance my academic, professional, and personal life. Being a Strategy Intern taught me the importance of clear communication when working with others in a fast-paced environment. - What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this experience in the context of specific courses)
I learned about business management in the operational and managerial level. Being a part of the intern team allowed me to observe how my managers handled scheduling, assigning various IT tasks to their employees, and making sure that operations ran smoothly. In a more technical perspective, I learned about information systems technology in a stadium environment. - Once approved, the description is automatically displayed in a post on your e-portfolio.
