Getting Things Done
As a big procrastinator, I learned a lot from this module; Getting Things Done. I thought this would be about managing time but this was more about how do we manage our attention and focus. I chose this module because it is really helpful with my daily life and also with my professional activities. To get things done we need 5 steps according to this video and they are 1. Capture, 2. Clarify, 3. Organize, 4. Reflect and 5. Engage.
