Effective Listening (1 hour 4 min)
The title of the LinkedIn Learning module is called Effective Listening. This was due at sep 25, 2022. What I learned in the module is how to listening more effectively by understanding the big picture like listening to people’s questions about strategy for implementation or asking about what research was conducted to reach these goals. When listening with empathy you can understand a person’s situation better and identify with them. This relates to my coursework by collaborating in teams more effectively and learn to evaluate the situation better by listening with empathy, recall some details, etc.
