Effective Listening

Within this linked in course I learned all about effective listening in depth, with strategies on how to do it. Effective learning is a skill that can be worked on, rather then just listening to someone you have to be fully engaged to be able to understand while also letting the speaker know your also paying attention. By having positive posture, keeping eye contact, and having confirmation body language you are letting the speaker know that you are engaged within the conversation which leads to better and more meaningful connections. The linked in also mention how asking questions was good so you can understand the message and by practising these behaviours or skills you can become a strong effective communicator.
