I served as the Marketing Analyst, analyzing over 50 customer reviews to identify pain points that shaped our design direction. We managed the full project lifecycle in Jira, developing a WBS, Gantt chart, and critical path within a 50-day timeline. I conducted a cost-benefit analysis in Excel, which projected a $5,896 Net Present Value (NPV) and 39% ROI.
