Cali Spartan Mexican Kitchen
- Deliverable 1_ Project Planning Report – For our group project, we worked on Cali Spartan Mexican Kitchen, looking at both the restaurant and the food truck. Our goal was to find problems with service and payment, then suggest ways to improve them. We came up with solutions like adding a self-checkout kiosk, online ordering, and card payments at the truck. The result was a full report and presentation we finished together. I learned how to share work in a group, communicate better, and connect what we learned in class to a real business example.
