In this activity, I decided to play some basketball. Playing basketball allowed me to complete a physical activity, as well as letting me enjoy one of my hobbies. Although it doesn’t relate to MIS, I think it’s important to have a hobby or complete some hobbies to act as a mental health check, as school work can be draining and stressful.
