Biography
Hi, I’m Milan Nguyen! I’m a Business Management major with a concentration in Information Systems at San Jose State University. I’m passionate about using technology to help people better understand systems and processes, and I’m always looking for opportunities to grow my skills.
Beyond school, I have hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, having successfully run a five-figure Amazon business where I handled everything from inventory management to order fulfillment. This experience has strengthened my skills in organization, data management, and problem-solving. I’ve also worked in customer service roles, including as a call receptionist and checkout person, and I have experience with call recording systems.
Outside of work and academics, I enjoy crochet, baking, and exploring different teas and boba. Personal growth is also important to me—I’ve learned a lot from past experiences where I let fear hold me back, and I’m actively working on becoming more confident and stepping outside my comfort zone.
My goal is to find a job that teaches me valuable skills, allows me to make an impact, and gives me opportunities to travel. I value ethical, supportive, and inclusive environments where I can contribute meaningfully.
