Building Trust
1. What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this learning module).
I did learn the three essential trust drivers: competency, empathy, and authenticity. For competency, I learned how to be results-focused and cultivate trust by demonstrating competence. Then empathy, I also learned to practice active listening and empathize with others which helped me be more understanding about my team and create and strong connection. Finally, I learned to remain unbiased while assessing trustworthiness.
