Honor’s Program: Adobe – AI and Employee Experience
Our team is currently working with Adobe to learn about AI and its limitations and ethical considerations. We are looking into the data privacy/governance laws to recommend policies and processes that can help with the usage of AI in the Employee Experience team. In other words, we are looking into the connection between technology and HR departments. We are still in the process of researching sentimental analysis, AI, and legal/regulatory laws, but we are looking forward to providing recommendations and new findings that can help them. From the project so far, I learned about AI, machine learning, data privacy concerns, the new regulatory policies related to AI, and GDPR. I’m looking forward to learning more about the AI Act, California’s Consumer Privacy Law, and more.
