Building Trust (2018)
In the course “Building Trust (2018),” I gained a deeper understanding of the criteria people use to evaluate trustworthiness and how unintentional bias can affect trust. I learned about the five key predictors of trust and strategies for tactfully sharing accomplishments to build perceived competence. The course also explored how trust is built differently in shared-space versus virtual teams, and provided insights into the components of an effective trust-rebuilding apology.
