I had the chance to meet Vinita Gupta on 10/14/2024. The entire session was informative and inspirational, as she was the first woman to get her company to an IPO, which is a major feat in itself.
Her motto, “If another person can do it, then she can do it,” resonated with me as she expressed her owner mentality. Her drive and amiable personality led to her success.
She always felt that she was a competitive individual who just wanted to win, but she also understood that success does not happen overnight but rather gradually.
