Developed a scheduling prototype for a regional ice rink with instructor profiles, real-time availability, automated booking, and AI-driven demand forecasting. Managed project workflows in Jira and used SQL to organize instructor and scheduling data. The system increased booking efficiency, reduced staff workload, and improved transparency for selecting coaches.
