Information Systems Redesign
Collaborated in a systems analysis project to modernize the outdated scheduling process at a regional ice rink. Designed a prototype system featuring instructor profiles with credentials, real-time availability, and automated booking, replacing manual reviews with a scalable, user-friendly solution. Utilized Jira to manage project tasks and workflows, and applied SQL to structure and organize instructor and scheduling data for greater efficiency. The redesigned system improved transparency for parents selecting coaches, reduced staff workload, and enhanced customer satisfaction while supporting future growth.
