I understand how crucial listening is in all facets of life and work, from big business leadership to job interviews. The course’s learning objectives include explaining attentive listening, examining the effects of distraction, and investigating techniques for selecting the most appropriate summary response in a particular circumstance. Listening skills are crucial in the field of Management Information Systems which is my major because they facilitate the comprehension of user demands and the identification and resolution of issues. It is the building of agreement and support throughout the process and the implementation of an information system. Additionally, it can help me strengthen bonds with other team members and maintain the efficiency of projects.
