{"id":11,"date":"2025-02-27T11:44:52","date_gmt":"2025-02-27T19:44:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/community.cob.sjsu.edu\/npenumaka\/points\/business-analyst-intern\/"},"modified":"2025-02-27T11:44:52","modified_gmt":"2025-02-27T19:44:52","slug":"business-analyst-intern","status":"publish","type":"points","link":"https:\/\/community.cob.sjsu.edu\/npenumaka\/points\/business-analyst-intern\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Analyst Intern"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Worked closely with the Business Analyst and various Business &amp; IT stakeholders to identify and document Business process flows for ongoing E-Commerce Project, a Food Delivery Application for residents of UK<\/li>\n<li>Created <strong>user stories<\/strong> on Microsoft Excel for Figma design screens created by the UI\/UX team.<\/li>\n<li>Worked with IT team and Business stakeholders in weekly standup calls to execute given action items &amp; craft user stories.<\/li>\n<li>Participated in client calls, pitching user stories and\u00a0showcased approved user stories to Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What I learned and how it relates to my major:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this internship, most of my time was on Excel where having taken Bus 91L- Computer Tools for Business the previous semester has helped a lot since I was already trained on the basic functionalites of Excel which served as an advantage when constructing the user stories utilizing the provided template from the organization.
