IT/Technical Support Intern
During my summer internship at ZPE Systems, I installed and configured critical IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, and network storage, while performing regular maintenance such as troubleshooting and system backups. I helped facilitate a smooth transition during a company network migration, ensuring uninterrupted operations across key systems. Additionally, I addressed cybersecurity threats, installed antivirus software, and drafted IT security policies. I also handled employee onboarding, setting up workstations and user accounts, and collaborated with the RMA team to repair and redeploy devices efficiently.
