Building Trust
In this LinkedIn module, I learned ways to build trust with other people in working environments and learning how vital it is in increasing personal performance and business innovation. This is important to learn this because I believe that it will make me a trustworthy individual to future employers and demonstrate that I am capable of making good decision and how to handle uncertainties at work. Once trust is built, it not only boosts my self-confidence at work but my performance in completing my assigned project.
