Currently, the EOC relies on a <strong data-start=\"211\" data-end=\"233\">paper-based system<\/strong>, which causes bottlenecks and delays in checking in staff and faculty. To address this, we are <strong data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"355\">digitizing the process<\/strong> by creating a simple interface that will timestamp all personnel which would be recorded into an Excel.\u00a0 This allows personnel to check in and out efficiently through <strong data-start=\"457\" data-end=\"477\">QR code scanning<\/strong>. The system will automatically log <strong data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"542\">entry and exit timestamps<\/strong>, maintain <strong data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"584\">real-time personnel records<\/strong>, and improve overall response efficiency.
