Conflict Resolution
I learned how to distinguish different types of conflicts and identify issues and needs. This aligns with my major and career because it is important to identify a conflict and come up with the best resolution that works for everyone. This course helped with coming up with brainstorming solutions to conflict and coming to an agreement.
