Taking the Communication Foundations course has been incredibly insightful for my Business Administration major. I’ve learned how crucial effective communication is in every aspect of business, from leading teams to engaging with clients. Understanding different communication styles and how to adapt them depending on the audience is key, especially in the diverse landscape of modern business. Learning about non-verbal communication and the impact of body language has been particularly valuable, as it plays a significant role in negotiations and presentations. This course has emphasized the importance of clarity, conciseness, and listening skills, all of which are essential in my field. It’s helped me recognize that effective communication is the cornerstone of successful leadership and management, which aligns perfectly with my studies in Business Administration.
