I am a junior at San Jose State University, majoring in Business Administration, Management Information Systems.
Skilled and determined are the best ways to describe my work ethic. After realizing computer science was my passion in the 7th grade, I worked hard at ensuring I had experience in coding and began exploring the jobs within the occupation. It was important for me to explore as many opportunities as possible including joining SMASH Academy, a 3-year STEM residential college prep program for minorities. I collaborated and lead a team in creating app prototypes, used data analysis, and used design thinking to create solutions for real-world problems. It taught me how to organize a group and how to use strategy to get a team to stay on schedule. Completed AP Computer Science Principles class to gain proficiency in Python.
I am a former Intern with Zillow and I worked collaboratively with a team to develop an app prototype based on the criteria and needs of the company. My current positions are as a Brand Ambassador and Outreach Director for Adobe.
