Live Analytics Interface Project
- Select one of the recommendation reports from team. Includes at least 6 analytics.
- Using Colab, create an interface Natalie can use to run the analytics herself.
- Document your code with comments so it’s clear what it’s doing. At a minimum explain what the analytic does but also add a comment for any loop, selection statement, or .loc method
- Do not include any unnecessary, additional, or non-functioning code in your file
- Submit your code by sharing your Colab notebook page, submitting the link in Canvas. Make sure the path for your Excel file is /content/TableauSalesData.xlsx so we can easily grade it in our environment where we use that path.
- Make the code error-free, robust (can’t be broken by the user entering unexpected input) and as generalized as possible meaning Natalie can modify the analytics, not just execute them as “canned.”
After completing this project, I was able to sharpen my coding skills, and it also helped me learn how to retrieve the data and try to present the areas where the improvements can be done in the sales department.
