My role included coordinating executive board meetings, managing event planning logistics, fostering collaboration across committees, and representing the organization in campus-wide cultural and leadership councils. I also assisted with recruitment and member engagement, ensuring that the club maintained a welcoming and inclusive environment for Persian and non-Persian students alike.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1714\">This role taught me <strong data-start=\"1568\" data-end=\"1641\">leadership, organizational strategy, and cross-cultural communication<\/strong>, which directly tie into my Business\/MIS coursework.
